TONE BOOTY & ABS CLASS combines cardio, weight training and partner exercises focusing on the legs, butt, and abs to keep your booty in-check all year round. All levels are welcome.

Tone Burn


TONE BURN CLASS focuses on HIIT (High-intensity interval training) for burning more calories and toning body.

Moreover, the major benefit of HIIT is that its afterburn effect can last up to 24 hours! All levels are welcome.
