Exercise and getting to know one’s own body have become the foundations of Rich’s life. It has given him something tangible to work towards on a daily basis. Rich loves connecting with his clients as he learns about their experiences as well as their struggles.

“I have the most pleasure when a client takes what I have shown them and is able to use it for a positive change such as hitting their goal weight and body fat percentage, or pain relief for the long term. As a Personal Trainer, I don’t aim for my client to become reliant on me, but to empower them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence in their own abilities to succeed.”

When it comes to health and fitness, Rich believes what works for some does not work for all. He adds, “As a fitness professional, it is my obligation to customize a program and training style that is the best fit for you as an individual.” And he has over 5000 hours of personal training to prove it, his clients ranging from the age of 10 and oldest at 92. When Rich is not training clients, he takes interest in self-development, weightlifting, mixed martial arts, boxing, meditation, team sports, basketball, American football.
